Working on some rendering stuffs for producing publication quality image in VMD

These days I am working on how to produce publication quality image in VMD. The image given here is a membrane protein dimer inside a POPC bilayer with mutating residue shown in red color. Here, water is turned quick surf with resolution high in white with AO Chalky. Lipids are in Licorice representation in a light blue AO Chalky. Protein is slightly bright green with AO Edgy and finally residues in Red with AO Shiny.
